LogicLink RLL600 GapControl for greenhouse

TheEP GapControl is a control option for theEP LogicLink600 control units which uses after-pulses to correct any unfavourable effects of greenhouse shrinkage and expansion on the screens. TheEP GapControl automatically corrects gaps and screen packs, without intervention from a climate computer. TheEP GapControl can only be used if the screen system is equipped with slip elements.

LogicLink RLL600 DualScreenControl (DSC) for greenhouse

TheEP DualScreenControl is a control option for theEP LogicLink600 control units, which allows reliable control of two screens on a single wire bed. Using the DSC option, theEP LogicLink600 can reliably operate two screens in short succession, which minimizes the gap when switching screens. The screens cannot pass each other thanks to optimum safety devices in the system. As a result, no modification of the climate computer is needed.

LogicLink RLL600 voltage options for greenhouse

The voltage option for a LogicLink600 control unit is an item number for mains voltage to be given upon ordering, in order to connect the LogicLink600 correctly. The LogicLink600 is suitable for 400V-50/60 Hz (400 V option), 208V-50/60 Hz (208V option) and 480V-60Hz (480V option).

LogicLink compact manual control for greenhouse

The compact manual controls for the LogicLink400/600 control units allow you to manually operate the control unit. The manual controls have priority over other methods of controlling or operating the LogicLink400/600 control unit. An exception is the control of a LogicLink600 slave unit in a synchronized-running function, in which case the LogicLink600 control unit cannot be operated manually. The manual controls are fitted with two LED indicators that can display status information on a LogicLink400/600 control unit. The operating hours and malfunction warnings are shown by means of flashing codes. The manual controls can also be used to reset a LogicLink400/600 control unit when in malfunction mode.

A training unit is available for programming and ‘training’ a LogicLink600 control unit. The training unit must be connected to a PC during the training process. The parameters of the LogicLink can then be altered in a ‘Hyper Terminal’ session via a serial connection. The training unit has an RS232 serial port in order to make a serial connection. The training unit is all that is required for training the LogicLink600 control unit. A number of these training units may be required, depending on the LogicLink control units to be taught. One training unit is sufficient for each independently functioning LogicLink. When installing a synchronized-running system however, a training unit is required for each of the components in the system. This is because the training process must be implemented simultaneously.

LogicLink ERLL600 BACnet interface for greenhouse

BACnet interface is suitable for LogicLink600 control units. The BACnet interface comprises a PCB which is inserted in the connection for the training manual control unit on the main PCB of the LogicLink600 control unit. While training with the training manual control unit, the BACnet interface is disconnected in order to be able to connect the training unit. Following training, the BACnet interface is replaced and reconnected to the BACnet field bus network. The BACnet interface is a standard feature of theEP LogicLink611, 621, 661 and 671 control units.
