A Type (no hub) typically found in weld-on applications.
Split Style Structure (hub on one part) – Once you utilize a Split Sprocket, you may never want to use a setscrew mount style again. Removal or set up is a breeze. Can be used in virtually all applications. An additional benefit to Dark Ace’s split sprockets is definitely that the shaft/keyway protection is much Hook Chain Sprockets tighter than a typical setscrew mount.
Idler Design – Assembled with long-lasting Dark Ace Ball Bearings.
Multiple Sprocket Thicknesses Obtainable – Regular Sprocket thickness is 1″, but some circumstances may require different thicknesses. Thicknesses can be found from ½” to 2″.
Heat Deal with – Hardening of sprockets is offered as an option. Hardness on hardened sprockets ranges from 50-60 Rc.
